It's convenient and about the only fast-food burger place.most of the staff are friendly. Sometimes there's a long wait even when there is no line but usually quick. Usually pretty clean

I'll tell you what, I love Wendy's. In my opinion they have some of the best burgers in all of fast food. My personal favorite is the 4 for 4. The service varies from restaurant to restaurant, but the food is always good.

For fast food, I really think Wendy's is King. Their menu is creative and leans more toward the healthy side. Their food is fresh and is very consistent. It is my go to travelling quick bite. ... and who doesn't love getting a frosty and dipping their fries in it??? Am I right?!?

I love Wendy's and I also love their chocolate frosty... but in Clarkesville their frosty is always too soft... they said they have a new machine so they must do it on purpose...the one in Cornelia is much better... but for the money and quality.. you can't beat Wendy's

This is one Wendy's that allows you to have "fresh" burgers off the grill versus dried out from a steamer draw. Friendly Staff and remind seniors they qualify for a discount which is always a plus.

Great place to go in Helen to get away from the chaos and get a regular priced meal. Easy in and easy out only thing was their dining room could've been a bit cleaner but we were there at 10pm

It was a nice place smelled good inside the tables were dirty we had to clean our table so we could sit down to eat but the food was great it didn't take long to get the cashier was nice and fast the view of the town out of the Windows was great the next time we are in Georgia we would definitely stop in

I have made two visits to this particular Wendy's. The first was back during the height of tourist and tubing season and the place was busy so I excused their slow service and total lack of hospitality. Our second visit was on a Monday this week, no tourist and no crowd. Unfortunately, the service was still lackluster and slow by any standard. On this visit, there was only one person in front of me and instead of taking our order the cashier decided to wait until the kitchen had the other customers entire order ready and on the tray. We chose to just order a drink and continue on our trip to find someplace else to eat. No greeting from the cashier, no thank you just handed me our change and put two drink cups on the counter. I told the cashier "thank you" but I guess it would have been too much effort to give a reply.

AMAZING food and service. The restaurant was packed with a line out the door and not only did they have a perfect system in place to keep it running smoothly, but all the employees were calm and had a smile on their face during the high-stress lunch rush.

Saturday, December 28th, we ate lunch at the Wendy's in Helen, GA at a time when the staff was at a real disadvantage because 3 employees hadn't shown up. There were a lot of customers and the employees who were working did all they could to keep up and and remain pleasant. They should be commended for their efforts and attitudes.

Ms. Chard the Manager did a wonderful job of creating a restaurant with an atmosphere that is family friendly and enjoyable for both locals and tourists alike. I really enjoyed the food and especially the wonderful customer service. Excellent job!
